Project Mission

This team aims at development of intelligent agents which negotiate with other agents and investigation of their effects by simulation in the field of law and welfare.

Project Research Content

1. Mediation Agent
We develop an agent which mediates disputation by chairing and proposing mediation plans. The agent is designed to mediate automatically by referring to mediation rules and old cases.

2. LAWMAP - Link Allocated Web-base Multi-Agents Program
We develop an multi-agent based retrieval system which retrieves legal information such as legal precedents and legal textbooks. Each agent corresponds to a human expert for legal domain. By communication among agents, the system retrieves information from various viewpoints and shows it in the form of a diagram.

3. Route Navigation System
We develop an navigation system for a person using a wheelchair. On the wheelchair with a GPS and a note PC, the user receives the proper route which are generated by considering the posted information to the web site and by simulating traffic.
