Regular job: Toshiba Corporation
E-mail:
Completion of Tokyo University of Science, Research Scientist in Knowledge Media Laboratory, Corporate research & Development center, Toshiba Corporation. Research fields: Data mining, Machine Learning, Soft computing.
Research Area
Owing to the progress of internet environments and computer environments, huge amount of data is collected and stored. The trend will make rapid progress accompanying with the progress of the sensor network. It will be more and more important to analyze the data. I will aggressively tackle on the field of the data analysis with both the theoretical side and the practical side in order to improve human life. In near future, I will try to use collected and shared knowledge in the field.
Topics
1.Extraction of reputation information from bulletin board sites.
2.Discovery of characteristic sequential patterns from sequential data.
3.Discovery of frequent item sets from tabular structured data including missing values.
4.Analysis of data collected from RFID reader and RFID tag.
